As a student, it is difficult to keep up with all of the assignments, reading, presentations and … well… extracurricular activities necessary to get certified. The last things you want is more busy work and administration to understand how you’re progressing across all of the classes you’re taking in a program.
The Overview Report – a new feature in 2.9 we like a lot – helps ease this administrative burden by providing learners with a one stop snapshot of all of the classes they are currently enrolled in. By selecting any individual class in the report, students can then see a listing of all activities for that course.
The report is also useful for teachers, giving them the ability to access information about all of the classes they are currently teaching. And, again, clicking on any one class takes them to the last page of the grade book for that course.
Have you tried implementing the Overview Report? Give us your feedback on this feature in the comments below!
